First Quarter

The game began with a defensive standoff as both teams struggled to find their rhythm. The only points came from Vandy's field goal, giving them an early lead of 3-0. Kentucky's defense showed promise with Mi'Quise Humphrey-Grace recording one of his notable sacks during this period.

Second Quarter

Vanderbilt took control in the second quarter, scoring three touchdowns and extending their lead significantly. Despite this offensive surge from Vandy, Kentucky managed to put up their first points on the board through a field goal by Jacob Kauwe from 47 yards out.

Third Quarter

The third quarter saw continued dominance by the Dores as they added another three touchdowns to their tally. Cutter Boley led Big Blue's offense but was under constant pressure, resulting in two interceptions that hindered any potential comeback efforts.

Fourth Quarter

Kentucky found some momentum late in the game with two touchdown passes from Boley—one each to J.J. Hester and Fred Farrier II—but it was not enough to close the gap against Vanderbilt’s commanding lead.

In terms of individual performances for Kentucky, Daveren Rayner stood out defensively with eight tackles and seven assists. On offense, Willie Rodriguez made significant contributions with six receptions totaling 78 yards.

Looking ahead, fans can catch Big Blue back on action against Louisville Cardinals at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium on November 29th at noon Eastern Time. Tune into ACC Network for live coverage of this anticipated matchup between these state rivals!
