Louisiana Tech Bulldogs Fall to UAB Blazers at Joe Aillet Stadium in Football Showdown

In a competitive game at Joe Aillet Stadium, the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs faced off against the UAB Blazers. The Bulldogs ended with a 3-9 record and 27 points, while the Blazers improved to 7-6 with their 37-point victory.

Their defensive efforts were relentless throughout but ultimately could not contain the Blazers' scoring drives.


Penalties were relatively controlled with only seven infractions costing them sixty-five penalty yards during playtime. This discipline allowed them to maintain better field position and avoid giving away easy yardage to their opponents.


The efficiency within critical areas of play was mixed for Louisiana Tech; they converted three out of four red zone opportunities into scores but struggled on third down conversions with only two successes out of fifteen attempts.


Kicking duties were executed flawlessly as field goal kickers capitalized on both attempts from beyond forty-nine yards each time adding six points through these kicks alone without any misses or blocks against them.
