At The Dome at America's Center, the Memphis Tigers displayed a robust offensive performance. Despite falling short on the scoreboard, they amassed a total of 399 yards throughout the game. The passing attack was particularly effective; quarterback play resulted in three touchdowns and an impressive completion percentage of roughly 66 percent for a total of 316 yards. Their efficiency shone through in critical situations as well; they converted all their red zone opportunities into scores and had a field goal success rate of 100 percent.

The defense for Memphis also made notable contributions to the game's dynamics. They managed to sack their opponents twice and recorded five tackles for loss while recovering one fumble during play. However, they were unable to secure any interceptions against their counterparts.

Special teams played without major incident as there were no blocked punts or punts returned for touchdowns by either side. Penalties did not heavily impact the game either since neither team exceeded ten infractions or reached over 100 penalty yards.

On offense, rushing proved more challenging for Memphis compared to their aerial efforts; they gained only 83 yards on ground with an average just shy of three yards per carry and did not score any rushing touchdowns.

Looking ahead after this hard-fought contest, fans can mark their calendars for when the Memphis Tigers will take on Boise State Broncos next. This upcoming game is scheduled to be held at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Memphis on September 30th at 8:00 PM local time and will be broadcasted on ESPN2 network satellite channel number two hundred nine.
