The Hurricanes demonstrated a potent passing attack throughout the game, accumulating a total of 316 passing yards and scoring all four of their touchdowns through the air. The longest pass completion was an impressive 45 yards, contributing significantly to their average gain per play of over five yards. Despite this aerial success, they were intercepted twice by an opportunistic Seminole defense.

On defense, Miami (FL) managed to sack Florida State's quarterback three times for a loss of 14 yards and recorded nine tackles for loss totaling 26 negative yards against their opponents. They also forced one fumble during play which they successfully recovered.

Penalties proved costly for Miami (FL), as they were flagged 14 times resulting in 105 penalty yards. This hindered their momentum and contributed to three turnovers on the day.

Miami's special teams had mixed results; while they did not allow any return yardage on kickoffs thanks to four touchbacks from five attempts, they only managed one punt inside the opposing team's twenty-yard line out of five punting attempts.

In terms of efficiency within critical areas of play, Miami (FL) excelled in red zone situations with a perfect conversion rate on both redzone and goal-to-go scenarios. Their third-down efficiency was respectable as well with seven conversions from sixteen attempts.

Despite these efforts by Miami (FL), it was ultimately not enough to secure victory as Florida State held strong on their home turf before an attendance crowd numbering over seventy-one thousand fans who witnessed this closely fought battle between two determined teams.

Looking ahead for Miami (FL), fans can anticipate another exciting game when they host Virginia Tech Hokies at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens on November twenty-first at seven-thirty PM Eastern Time. This upcoming contest will be broadcasted live on ACC Network for supporters unable to attend in person.
