At Kornblau Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium, the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders showcased their dominance on both sides of the ball against their hosts, the Old Dominion Monarchs. The game saw an attendance of 19,725 fans who witnessed the Blue Raiders' relentless pursuit for points and their stifling defense that limited their opponents significantly.

The offense was firing on all cylinders as they amassed a total of 480 yards. The passing game was particularly effective; quarterback play resulted in an impressive completion percentage of roughly 76 percent for 280 yards through air including two touchdowns. One pass connected for a remarkable distance of 70 yards which also resulted in one of those touchdowns.

The ground game complemented this aerial assault as it churned out 208 rushing yards from just 38 attempts, averaging over five yards per carry and contributing three more touchdowns to the scoreboard. Notably, one rush broke free for an astounding run spanning over half the field at 71 yards straight into end zone glory.

Defensively, Middle Tennessee was just as formidable. They racked up three interceptions during this contest – returning them for a combined total yardage that would span more than one football field at approximately 137 yards – two resulting directly in touchdowns with one interception return matching longest offensive play at exactly double-digit zero-zero-yard mark.

Special teams also played its part; although punting was minimal with only one punt attempted which went for thirty-four netted twenty-five after returns were accounted for – it showed efficiency when called upon.

Penalties were kept under control by both teams throughout this encounter; however, it's worth noting that Middle Tennessee committed only five penalties amounting to thirty-eight penalty-yards assessed against them which did not significantly hinder their performance or momentum during this game.

Looking ahead after such an emphatic win on enemy turf, fans can anticipate another exciting home game where Middle Tennessee will face Western Kentucky Hilltoppers at Johnny "Red" Floyd Stadium located in Murfreesboro on November third scheduled to kick off right when clocks strike midnight UTC time-wise (which translates to evening hours locally). This upcoming event will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network available via satellite channel two hundred twenty-one ensuring supporters won't miss any action from what promises to be another engaging football encounter.
