At Johnny "Red" Floyd Stadium, the home crowd of 16,617 witnessed the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders' offense amass a total of 464 yards. The team's passing game contributed significantly with quarterback throwing for 228 yards and two touchdowns, including a notable longest pass completion of 43 yards which also resulted in their longest touchdown. The rushing attack was equally effective, totaling 246 yards on the ground; highlighted by their longest run covering an impressive distance of 60 yards.

The special teams unit for the Blue Raiders played flawlessly as well. They successfully converted all five field goal attempts with their longest being from 42 yards out. Their efficiency was on full display in red zone situations where they had a perfect success rate across five attempts.

Defensively, Middle Tennessee showcased its ability to disrupt plays behind the line of scrimmage with two sacks and four tackles for loss. They also demonstrated ball-hawking skills by forcing one fumble and recovering it themselves while also intercepting one pass which they returned for nineteen yards.

On the other side, despite their efforts, Western Kentucky's offense could only muster ten points throughout the game. Their scoring came from three points in the first quarter and seven points in third quarter but were unable to find any rhythm against a stout Middle Tennessee defense that limited them throughout each period.

As fans look ahead after this dominant performance by Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders football team, attention turns to their next challenge on November tenth when they will face off against UTEP Miners at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso. This upcoming game is scheduled for an evening kickoff and will be broadcasted on ESPN+, allowing fans to follow all action live as it unfolds under Texas skies.
