First Quarter

The game began with promise for the Blue Raiders as they took an early lead. Jacob Hathaway's precision was on display as he successfully converted a field goal attempt from 27 yards out, giving MTSU an initial advantage. However, this would be their only score in the opening quarter as both defenses held strong.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Nicholas Vattiato showcased his passing skills by completing 20 of his 31 attempts for a total of 197 yards and one touchdown. His longest pass reached Nahzae Cox for an impressive gain of 37 yards. Despite these efforts, Wisconsin responded with two touchdowns to take control of the game.

Third Quarter

As play resumed after halftime, MTSU's defense struggled to contain Wisconsin's offensive surge. The Badgers added another two touchdowns during this period without any reply from MTSU. Damonte Smith made a notable defensive play by intercepting one pass and returning it for seven yards but could not shift momentum back in favor of his team.

Fourth Quarter

In the final quarter, Juwon Gaston contributed significantly on special teams with a punt return that covered fifteen yards; however, it wasn't enough to spark a comeback effort from MTSU who remained scoreless throughout this segment while conceding further points to their opponents.
