First Quarter


The opening quarter was dominated by the Hornets as they took an early lead with a touchdown. The Wolf Pack struggled to find their rhythm offensively and were unable to score any points during this period.


Second Quarter


Nevada found its footing in the second quarter, scoring 13 points. Chubba Purdy led the charge with his rushing prowess, accumulating 112 yards on the ground and securing one touchdown. Joe McFadden contributed significantly by converting two field goals, including one from 40 yards out. Despite these efforts, Sacramento State managed to add another ten points before halftime.


Third Quarter


Both teams' defenses tightened up significantly in the third quarter as neither side was able to put any points on the board. Nevada's defense was particularly impressive during this period; Dylan Labarbera recorded two sacks while Nahji Logan added another sack and tackle for loss.


Fourth Quarter
