In an intense battle at Wayne Day Family Field at Carter-Finley Stadium, the North Carolina State Wolfpack showcased their offensive capabilities but fell just short against the Hurricanes. The home team's passing game was particularly effective, as they amassed 279 yards through the air and scored three touchdowns. The quarterback's precision was on display with a completion percentage of nearly 69 percent and an impressive passer rating of 177. Despite one interception, the Wolfpack managed to secure fifteen first downs via their aerial attack.

The rushing offense added to the total yardage with 131 yards on the ground over thirty-four attempts. Although they only found their way into the end zone once from rushing plays, they consistently moved chains and contributed seven first downs to their cause.

Special teams also played a pivotal role for the Wolfpack; kick returns were explosive including one that went for a stunning hundred-yard touchdown return. This exceptional play contributed significantly to their total scoreline. Additionally, field goal kicking was flawless as both attempts sailed through uprights from considerable distances – one being an impressive fifty-three-yarder.

On defense, North Carolina State managed two sacks and five tackles for loss while assisting on twenty-nine occasions which helped contain some of Miami (FL)'s offensive efforts. However, penalties did pose some issues for them as eight flags resulted in seventy-eight penalty yards against them throughout the game.

Despite these efforts by North Carolina State's players across all fronts – offense, defense and special teams – it wasn't enough to secure victory over a strong Hurricanes side who put up forty-four points themselves.

Looking ahead after this hard-fought contest, fans can anticipate another exciting game as Florida State Seminoles will be visiting Raleigh to face off against The North Carolina State Wolfpack at Wayne Day Family Field at Carter-Finley Stadium on November 14th at 7:30 PM EST. This upcoming event will be broadcasted live on ACC Network for supporters unable to attend in person.
