In a hard-fought battle at Truist Field, the North Carolina State Wolfpack displayed remarkable offensive capabilities but ultimately fell short against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. The Wolfpack's passing game was particularly notable as they amassed 408 yards through the air and scored four touchdowns. Special teams played a pivotal role in this encounter as well; notably, one kickoff return went for an electrifying distance of 100 yards straight into the end zone. This was part of an overall strong performance from special teams which saw them average over 52 yards per kick return.

On field goals attempts, North Carolina State managed to convert two out of three attempts with their longest successful kick being from 46 yards out. Their red zone efficiency stood at seventy-five percent success rate while they converted all opportunities when it came down to fourth-down situations.


As for rushing efforts, although not as dominant as their passing game, they still managed seventy-four rushing yards and secured seven first downs on ground plays. However no touchdowns were added via rushes throughout this intense game.
