Notre Dame Stadium Hosts Dominant Notre Dame Fighting Irish in Football Rout Over Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish, with a record of 11-2, delivered a commanding performance against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets who now stand at 3-9 after a decisive 55-0 game. The Fighting Irish's offense was unstoppable, amassing a total of 514 yards with an average gain of 8.7 yards per play.

The home team's passing attack was particularly effective, with the quarterback achieving an impressive passer rating of 192 and completing nearly 70 percent of his passes for a total of 302 yards. Two touchdown passes were thrown during the game, including one that connected for an impressive distance of 52 yards. The rushing offense also contributed significantly to the victory, racking up three touchdowns and accumulating over two hundred yards on the ground.

Punters had three attempts totaling one hundred fourteen net punting yards while kickoff units managed to keep Georgia Tech contained with only one touchback out of ten kickoffs.


Notre Dame's red zone efficiency stood at one hundred percent success rate from six attempts while their third-down conversion rate was nearly fifty percent successful on eleven tries.
