The defense managed to sack TCU's quarterback once and applied pressure throughout the game with one quarterback hit recorded. However, they did not manage any interceptions or fumble recoveries during this encounter.


Penalties played only a minor role in this contest for both teams involved; Oklahoma State incurred six penalties amounting to just under fifty penalty yards which did not heavily impact their overall performance.
