The game was marked by an impressive offensive showcase from the Oregon Ducks. The home team accumulated a staggering total of 729 yards, with both their passing and rushing attacks contributing significantly to their success. Special teams also played a role in this comprehensive win with ten touchbacks on kickoffs and one field goal made from within the range of forty-nine yards.


The defense held strong throughout the game as well, limiting Portland State to only seven points scored early in the first quarter. Furthermore, they forced two fumbles during play but did not allow any turnovers themselves.
