The Oregon State Beavers showcased a determined effort on their home turf. Despite accumulating 317 total yards and maintaining possession for over half the game, they fell just short of victory. The rushing attack was a key component of their offense, contributing 148 yards to their total yardage. Two rushing touchdowns were scored by the Beavers, one being a notable five-yard dash into the end zone.

In terms of passing efficiency, however, it was not an optimal day for the Beavers' quarterback who completed only 16 out of 33 attempts and threw two interceptions without any touchdown passes. This resulted in a passer rating hovering around 79. On special teams, field goal kicking was precise with both attempts from within 39 yards successfully converted.

Penalties seemed to hinder momentum at times for the home team as they racked up eight penalties totaling 65 yards throughout the game. Yet even with these setbacks, every red zone opportunity was capitalized upon by scoring points – an impressive four out of four times when within striking distance.

On defense, while no sacks were recorded against their opponents and no interceptions made to halt drives by Washington's offense; there was one forced fumble which led to recovery by Oregon State's defense showing some resilience in crucial moments.

The visiting Washington Huskies managed to hold onto their lead despite not scoring in either third or fourth quarter thanks largely due to an early advantage built up in first half where they scored nine points in first quarter followed by thirteen points second quarter before being held scoreless rest of way through.

Looking ahead after this hard-fought contest at Reser Stadium; fans can mark their calendars for another intense matchup as Oregon State Beavers will travel face off against rivals - Oregon Ducks at Autzen Stadium on November 25th at what will be an evening kickoff scheduled for broadcast on FOX network ensuring supporters won't miss any action from this anticipated encounter between state rivals.
