The Beavers showcased their offensive capabilities by amassing a total of 484 yards, with quarterback Ben Gulbranson throwing for 294 yards and two touchdowns despite two interceptions. His performance was pivotal in maintaining the offensive momentum for Oregon State. Gabarri Johnson also contributed with his dual-threat capability, adding 20 passing yards and leading on the ground with 47 rushing yards that included a touchdown.


On the receiving end, Trent Walker emerged as Gulbranson's favorite target, racking up an impressive 136 receiving yards on twelve receptions. Jermaine Terry II also made significant contributions with five receptions for 92 yards and one touchdown. Their efforts were crucial in converting drives into scoring opportunities.


The rushing attack was diversified with Anthony Hankerson leading in attempts; he rushed for 83 yards across twenty-three carries. Salahadin Allah found the end zone once among his eight attempts totaling twenty-nine rushing yards which added depth to Oregon State's ground game.


Defensive Standouts


Defensively, Semisi Saluni stood out by recording one sack and contributing to six total tackles which helped contain Washington State's offense at critical moments. Exodus Ayers made notable contributions as well by forcing a fumble that shifted momentum towards Oregon State.


Special teams played their part effectively; Everett Hayes successfully converted both field goal attempts including a long of fifty-five yards which were vital points for Oregon State.
