The Nittany Lions' offense was unstoppable, amassing a total of 718 yards. Drew Allar led the charge with precision passing, contributing significantly with 309 passing yards and three touchdowns. His performance was complemented by Beau Pribula who added another touchdown through the air alongside his own contribution of 83 yards. On the ground, Nicholas Singleton stood out with his agility and speed, rushing for 81 yards and helping to maintain a balanced offensive onslaught.


The receiving corps also had an impressive outing. Omari Evans dazzled with his speed and hands as he racked up 116 receiving yards on just four receptions, including one that went for a staggering 59-yard touchdown. The defense's relentless pressure resulted in two sacks overall while holding Kent State to zero points scored.
