First Quarter

The opening quarter saw the Washington Huskies take an early lead with a touchdown. The Boilermakers struggled to gain momentum offensively, unable to score any points during this period. Purdue's defense managed some key tackles but couldn't prevent the Dawgs from finding their rhythm.

Second Quarter

Washington extended their lead significantly in the second quarter by adding three more touchdowns. Despite efforts from Purdue's defense, including notable plays by Mani Powell who recorded a sack and several tackles for loss, they were unable to halt Washington’s offensive surge.

Third Quarter

Purdue finally got on the scoreboard in the third quarter with Spencer Porath successfully converting a field goal from 53 yards out. This impressive kick highlighted his consistent performance throughout the game. However, Washington responded with two additional touchdowns that further widened their lead.

Fourth Quarter

In an attempt to rally back in the final quarter, Malachi Singleton connected with EJ Horton Jr., resulting in a touchdown pass that showcased Horton's agility and precision on his routes. Despite this effort and another field goal by Porath, it was not enough as Washington sealed their victory with one last touchdown.

The Purdue Boilermakers vs Washington Huskies match summary reflects how crucial moments defined each team's performance during this matchup. While Purdue showed glimpses of potential through individual performances like those of kicker Spencer Porath and linebacker Mani Powell, it was ultimately overshadowed by Washington’s dominant offense led by multiple scoring drives.
