One player who has been instrumental in the Spartans' recent success is Will Hart. As a key player in the linebacker position, Hart has consistently delivered exceptional performances in the previous games. In the last three games, he recorded 15 tackles and 5 assists, showcasing his defensive prowess on the field. His contributions have played a significant role in keeping the opposing offenses at bay.

In addition to Hart's outstanding performance, other players from the San Jose State Spartans have also made their mark. Nehemiah Shelton, a cornerback, displayed great defensive skills with 5 tackles and 1 assist. Kyle Harmon and Rico Tolefree, both linebackers, contributed with a combined total of 11 tackles and 8 assists. These players have demonstrated their ability to disrupt plays and make crucial stops when it matters most.

On the offensive side of things, quarterback Nick Nash has shown promise with his passing game. In one of the previous games, he threw for 228 yards with a completion percentage of 47.1%. Although he had one interception, Nash managed to move the ball effectively and provide opportunities for his teammates to score.

Running back Tyler Nevens has been a reliable force in the ground game for the Spartans. Despite facing tough defenses, Nevens averaged -6 yards per carry in one game but bounced back with a strong performance of 74 rushing yards in another game. His ability to find openings and gain crucial first downs will be vital against the Rebels.

Looking at UNLV Rebels' player statistics, it's clear that they have their own standout performers. Linebacker LeShaun Bell has been a force to be reckoned with, recording 7 tackles and 1 assist in the previous games. Defensive lineman Tavis Malakius and linebacker Dondi Fuller have also made significant contributions to the team's defensive efforts.

In terms of offense, quarterback Doug Brumfield has shown promise with his passing game. In one game, he threw for 143 yards with a completion percentage of 46.2%. Wide receiver Kyle Williams has been a reliable target for Brumfield, accumulating 88 receiving yards in the previous games.

As the San Jose State Spartans prepare to face the UNLV Rebels, they will rely on their top performers to lead the way. Will Hart's exceptional defensive skills will be crucial in shutting down the Rebels' offense and creating opportunities for turnovers. The Spartans' offensive players, including Nick Nash and Tyler Nevens, will need to continue their strong performances to keep the chains moving and put points on the board.

The upcoming game between the San Jose State Spartans and UNLV Rebels is scheduled for October 22nd at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Fans can catch all the action live on CBS Sports Network (Channel 221). It promises to be an intense battle between two teams hungry for victory.
