South Florida Bulls Stampede Over Florida Atlantic Owls in Boca Raton

In a compelling display of skill and determination, the South Florida Bulls improved their season record to 4-4 with a decisive 44-21 victory over the Florida Atlantic Owls. The Owls, struggling this season, now sit at 2-6. Game Highlights


The South Florida Bulls' offense was unstoppable, amassing a total of 525 yards. Quarterback Bryce Archie led the charge with an impressive performance, completing 19 out of 32 passes for 206 yards and two touchdowns. His precision passing played a crucial role in maintaining the momentum for the Bulls throughout the game. On the ground, Nay'Quan Wright was a force to be reckoned with, rushing for 117 yards on 17 attempts and scoring one touchdown. His longest run of 64 yards was a highlight reel-worthy moment that underscored his speed and agility.


The defense also had its share of stars in this matchup. Jhalyn Shuler stood out with nine combined tackles and contributed significantly to one of seven sacks against FAU's quarterback. The defensive unit as a whole tallied eight tackles for loss and forced one fumble which they recovered themselves – showcasing their ability to pressure opponents consistently.

Special teams played their part too; punter Andrew Stokes had an average net yardage of approximately 47 per punt over five attempts, pinning FAU deep within their territory multiple times.
