Game Highlights

The South Florida Bulls struggled to find their rhythm throughout the game. Quarterback Bryce Archie completed 26 out of his 43 attempts, throwing for a total of 282 yards and securing one touchdown pass but was intercepted twice and sacked four times. This performance underlines some of the offensive challenges faced by USF during this matchup.

On defense, Jhalyn Shuler stood out for USF with an impactful performance that included three tackles, five assists, one sack for three yards lost by Navy, and notably forced a fumble which highlighted his defensive prowess. However, despite these individual efforts and two sacks recorded by the team overall indicating some resistance offered by USF's defense line against Navy's offense - it wasn't enough to turn the tide in favor of The Bulls.

Special teams saw punter Andrew Stokes putting up notable numbers with six punts totaling 279 yards and managing to place two within Navy's 20-yard line. Sean Atkins contributed significantly in punt returns amassing 52 yards over five returns which provided some advantageous field positions for USF.
