The offensive unit for TCU was simply unstoppable, racking up an impressive total of 425 yards. Quarterback Josh Hoover was at the forefront of this onslaught, delivering an outstanding performance by throwing for 267 yards and two touchdowns, completing an impressive 80 percent of his passes. Wide receiver Savion Williams emerged as Hoover's preferred target, hauling in five passes for 69 yards. The running game also played a crucial role in sealing the victory, with running back Cam Cook crossing into the end zone three times while amassing 58 rushing yards.

Defensively, TCU proved to be an impenetrable force, shutting out the Sharks and not allowing a single point on the board. The defense tallied two sacks and seized one interception thanks to linebacker Namdi Obiazor, who returned it for 14 yards. The defensive line applied consistent pressure throughout the contest, forcing LIU to concede yardage on multiple occasions.

The special teams unit also made significant contributions to TCU's comprehensive victory. Kicker Kyle Lemmermann showcased his accuracy by nailing a field goal from 47 yards away and successfully executing all six extra-point attempts. Punter Ethan Craw had a notable performance as well by ensuring LIU started inside their own 20-yard line twice with his precise punts.
