At the Alamodome, the UTSA Roadrunners showcased an impressive offensive performance against the Pirates. The home team's quarterback threw for 395 yards and four touchdowns, including a remarkable 84-yard touchdown pass which was also recorded as the longest completion of the game. The passing efficiency was further highlighted by an outstanding quarterback rating of approximately 189. Additionally, UTSA's receiving corps contributed significantly with twenty receptions totaling 395 yards and all four receiving touchdowns.

The rushing attack added another dimension to UTSA's offense. Although they averaged just under four yards per carry for a total of 120 rushing yards over thirty-two attempts, they managed to secure one rushing touchdown from within ten yards out. This balanced attack kept the defense guessing and allowed for sustained drives downfield.

Defensively, UTSA made their presence felt by recording five sacks and six tackles for loss which pushed back their opponents by thirty-four yards overall. Their defensive pressure resulted in five quarterback hits as well as one interception that thwarted a potential scoring drive from ECU.

Special teams also played a pivotal role in this contest; UTSA executed two successful field goals out of three attempts with the longest being thirty-six yards contributing to their overall score tally. They maintained discipline throughout most of the game accruing only six penalties totaling eighty penalty yards.

As time ticked away in San Antonio before an attendance crowd numbering over twenty-two thousand fans, it became clear that UTSA had taken full advantage of playing on home turf at Alamodome where they have historically performed well.

Looking ahead after this commanding performance at home, fans can anticipate watching their team take on North Texas Mean Green at DATCU Stadium located in Denton on November fourth at seven PM Central Time broadcasted live on ESPN+. This upcoming encounter promises to be another exciting chapter in this college football season for both teams involved.
