The previous games reveal that Virginia Tech has struggled with consistency. In their match against Duke Blue Devils, they were defeated 24-7, which highlighted issues in both offense and defense. However, they managed to keep possession time relatively low at just over 21 minutes and limited turnovers to one.

In another close encounter with Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at Lane Stadium, the Hokies fell short by one point (28-27), despite playing on home turf. They exhibited strength in defense with three sacks and six tackles for loss but were hampered by four fumbles and seven penalties totaling 55 yards.

Against North Carolina State Wolfpack, Virginia Tech again faced defeat by a narrow margin (22-21). Their defensive line performed well with two sacks and five tackles for loss while maintaining possession for nearly 24 minutes. Despite committing 13 penalties resulting in 69 penalty yards, they did not turn over the ball.

The upcoming game presents an opportunity for Virginia Tech to build on their latest win and demonstrate improvement across both offensive and defensive plays. Fans can expect an intense battle as both teams strive for victory.

The game is scheduled for November 19th at Williams Stadium in Lynchburg, VA. It will be broadcasted on ESPN+, allowing fans who cannot attend in person to follow along live from wherever they are. Kickoff is set for 5 PM local time – a prime slot for an evening of competitive football action.
