Clash at Folsom Field: Washington Huskies Face Colorado Buffaloes in College Football Showdown

As the Washington Huskies prepare to take on the Colorado Buffaloes at Folsom Field, fans are eager to see if their team can carry forward the momentum from their recent victory over the Oregon State Beavers. On November 9, the Huskies displayed a balanced attack against the Beavers, with a ground game that churned out 245 yards and two touchdowns. The defense was equally impressive, sacking the quarterback four times and snagging an interception.

The rushing attack will be critical for WAS as they face COL. With an average of over five yards per carry against Oregon State, it's clear that when WAS establishes the run, they control both tempo and possession time – a whopping 36 minutes in their last outing. This ball control will be vital in keeping COL's offense off the field and dictating play pace.

However, it wasn't all smooth sailing for WAS; turnovers were a concern with two interceptions thrown. Ball security must be tightened up against COL to avoid giving them extra opportunities to score.

Looking back at previous performances provides further insight into what fans can expect from WAS. Despite losing to Utah on November 2 by five points in a high-scoring affair where they put up 28 points themselves, there were positives to draw upon – particularly their ability to convert on fourth down with an impressive success rate of 80 percent.

In contrast, when facing Oregon on October 19th at home turf Alaska Airlines Field at Husky Stadium despite scoring more than thirty points and showing no turnovers during gameplay which is commendable resilience under pressure; however ultimately falling short by four points shows that finishing games strong is something that needs work.

The upcoming game poses challenges but also opportunities for WAS. The key will be how well they adapt and apply lessons learned from past games into this crucial matchup. Fans should look for aggressive play-calling early on to establish dominance and set tone throughout contest while maintaining discipline avoiding costly penalties or turnovers which have been issues previously this season.

With anticipation building up towards kickoff scheduled for November 24th at Folsom Field in Boulder CO starting at 8 PM local time (10 PM ET), fans won't want miss out witnessing whether Washington Huskies can overcome these obstacles secure another win road against Colorado Buffaloes - all action available live ESPN satellite channel number 206!
