Key Performances on the Field


The Huskies showcased their prowess on both ends of the field. On offense, Jonah Coleman was a standout performer for Washington, rushing for 104 yards on 23 attempts and scoring two touchdowns. His longest run was 19 yards, demonstrating his ability to break through defenses effectively. Quarterback Will Rogers also had an impressive game with no interceptions and completing over half of his passes for a total of 262 yards.


Defensively, Carson Bruener led by example with two interceptions and seven tackles contributing significantly to stopping the Trojans' advances. Kamren Fabiculanan also made crucial plays with one interception that he returned for 35 yards - the longest return in this game.

Special Teams Making Their Mark


Special teams played a vital role in this victory as well. Grady Gross successfully converted two field goals with his longest being from 45 yards out contributing six crucial points to Washington's tally. The kicking game was strong overall with Gross achieving an average kickoff yardage that kept USC in less favorable starting positions throughout much of the contest.
