Looking back at WKY's recent games reveals a team that has been growing stronger as the season progresses. Their last game on November 30 against the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders showcased their ability to maintain control under pressure, securing a 31-26 victory with both teams having equal opportunities for timeouts and challenges. The offense was firing on all cylinders, racking up 464 total yards with an average gain of nearly 8 yards per play and dominating possession time with nearly 27 minutes on the clock.

The passing game was particularly potent during this matchup; WKY achieved a completion percentage of approximately 77 percent for almost 300 yards and two touchdowns without surrendering any interceptions – an impressive feat by any standard. Their rushing attack complemented this aerial assault nicely, contributing another two touchdowns and averaging over six yards per carry.

Defensively, WKY proved they could disrupt their opponents' rhythm by recording three sacks and seven tackles for loss while also forcing turnovers that included one interception and one fumble recovery.

In their previous encounter against Southern Miss Golden Eagles on November 23, WKY once again demonstrated their defensive prowess by limiting USM to just ten points while posting twenty-eight themselves. They forced two fumbles – recovering both – which included one returned for a touchdown that contributed significantly to their margin of victory.

WKY's offense remained balanced in this contest as well; they passed for over two hundred yards with a completion rate above sixty-seven percent while also adding more than one hundred rushing yards to keep the defense guessing.

Perhaps most telling is WKY's performance against Arkansas Razorbacks on November 9 where they put up an astounding forty-five points compared to ARK's nineteen. This game highlighted WKY's ability not only to score but also control the field as evidenced by their possession time exceeding thirty-six minutes.

The upcoming match against WMC will undoubtedly test WKY’s mettle once more. However, given their recent form – especially considering how effectively they've utilized red zone opportunities (100 percent success rate against ARK) – it seems likely that fans will witness another strong showing from the Hilltoppers come December 30th at Gerald J. Ford Stadium in Dallas.

Fans eager not to miss out can catch all the action live on ESPN starting at 12:30 PM local time (5:30 PM GMT).
