The Wisconsin Badgers showcased resilience and strategic gameplay throughout the match. Punter Atticus Bertrams had an outstanding game, punting for a total of 257 yards across five attempts, including two that landed inside the 20-yard line, demonstrating his crucial role in Wisconsin's field position strategy. On defense, Hunter Wohler led with determination, contributing seven tackles and four assists but couldn't secure any turnovers to shift momentum in favor of the Badgers.


Offensively, quarterback Braedyn Locke completed 22 out of 42 pass attempts for a total of 217 yards. Although Locke managed to avoid sacks thanks to his offensive line's protection and his own mobility, he threw one interception without achieving any touchdown passes. Tawee Walker emerged as a key player in rushing for Wisconsin with one touchdown and accumulating 59 yards over twenty-two carries.
