In front of a crowd of 9,950 spectators, the Alabama Crimson Tide showcased their offensive capabilities by scoring 61 points in the first half and adding another 50 in the second. Their field goal percentage was an impressive 58 percent from all ranges, including a remarkable three-point shooting performance where they hit half of their attempts from beyond the arc. The team also excelled inside, contributing 40 points from within the paint.

The Crimson Tide's defensive efforts were equally notable as they managed to block three shots and steal possession eight times throughout the game. They dominated on rebounds as well, collecting a total of 46 compared to their opponents' 39. This included nine offensive boards that helped them secure second-chance opportunities.

On an individual level, Alabama players showed strong teamwork with a total of 29 assists which greatly contributed to their high-scoring output. Despite committing ten turnovers during play, they maintained an assist-to-turnover ratio of nearly three – indicating efficient ball handling and passing throughout the match.

The Eastern Kentucky Colonels fought hard but struggled against Alabama's defense. They made only about one-third of their field goal attempts and were less successful from long range with approximately twenty-eight percent accuracy on three-pointers. However, they did manage to put up some resistance by blocking five shots and stealing seven times from Alabama.

Despite these efforts by Eastern Kentucky, it was clear that Alabama controlled every aspect of this non-conference game right from tip-off until final buzzer sounded – there were no lead changes or ties after initial minutes.
