The Alabama Crimson Tide delivered an emphatic performance against the Liberty Flames, culminating in a 101-56 victory. From tip-off, the Alabama squad established control with a formidable offensive display. By halftime, they had already amassed 48 points to the Flames' 27. Their dominance continued into the second half as they added another 53 points to their total. The final buzzer sounded with Alabama more than doubling Liberty's score.

The statistics underscored Alabama's superiority on court; they shot an outstanding 58 percent from the field compared to Liberty's modest 33 percent. Beyond this sharpshooting display was a remarkable three-point performance by Alabama, sinking half of their attempts from beyond the arc for a total of fourteen made threes.

Defensively, Alabama was just as imposing. They swatted away four shots and pilfered eight steals from their opponents throughout the contest. This defensive hustle translated into fast break opportunities that netted them an additional fourteen points.

On top of this defensive masterclass was an unselfish brand of basketball that saw twenty-two assists distributed among players—showcasing not just individual talent but also cohesive teamwork and fluid ball movement.

Rebounding was another area where Alabama excelled; they pulled down forty-six rebounds—nearly double that of Liberty’s twenty-four—and capitalized on these extra possessions with seventeen second-chance points.

While it wasn't all smooth sailing for Alabama—they did commit sixteen personal fouls—their discipline remained intact as no player fouled out or received technical fouls during playtime.

The next challenge for the Crimson Tide will be on foreign ground when they face off against Vanderbilt Commodores at Memorial Gymnasium in Nashville on January 6th at 2:30 PM Central Time. Fans eager to catch this matchup can tune into SEC Network channel six hundred eleven for live coverage.
