The Razorbacks displayed commendable effort throughout the game, particularly in their second-half performance where they outscored their opponents by three points. Despite trailing with 34 points to Creighton's 40 in the first half, Arkansas rallied to add an impressive 53 points in the second half. Their offensive efforts were led by strong field goal shooting with a success rate of approximately 47 percent from the field and an even more impressive three-point shooting percentage at around 40 percent.

On offense, Arkansas excelled in fast-break situations scoring sixteen fast break points and matched Creighton's forty-two points in paint. However, personal fouls proved costly for Arkansas as they committed twenty-one fouls over the course of play which included one flagrant foul.

The Bluejays demonstrated efficient scoring with fifty-eight percent field goal shooting and fifty percent from beyond the arc. They also capitalized on free throw opportunities making seventy-two percent of their attempts from the line.

Creighton's defense contributed three blocks and five steals while committing fewer personal fouils than their counterparts at sixteen for this encounter. Their ability to maintain possession was evident as they only turned over seventeen times compared to nine by Arkansas but had a lower assist-to-turnover ratio than that achieved by The Razorbacks who posted approximately two assists per turnover.
