At The Pavilion at Ole Miss, the home crowd witnessed a game where the Arkansas Razorbacks struggled to find their rhythm. Despite putting up 51 points against the Rebels' robust defense, they were outscored by 26 points. The first half ended with Arkansas trailing by 12 points and hopes of catching up dwindled as they added only 25 more in the second half.

Arkansas's performance was marked by defensive efforts that resulted in eight blocks and three steals but ultimately fell short against Ole Miss's offensive onslaught. On offense, they managed to convert only 33 percent of their field goal attempts and were less successful from beyond the arc, hitting just 23 percent of their three-point shots.

The Razorbacks did show some resilience under pressure; they fought for every opportunity leading to eight offensive rebounds contributing to eleven second-chance points. Their effort inside was evident as they scored twenty points in the paint. However, turnovers proved costly for Arkansas as they gave away possession fourteen times which translated into four points off turnovers for Ole Miss.

On contrast, Ole Miss displayed superior shooting accuracy throughout the game with a field goal percentage of forty-seven and an impressive thirty-seven percent from three-point range. Their fast-paced game yielded twelve fast break points and twenty-two off turnovers thanks to their eight steals.

The Rebels also dominated on rebounds grabbing forty-three compared to Arkansas's twenty-eight which included twelve offensive boards leading to seventeen second-chance points - showcasing their control over both ends of the court.

Looking ahead after this setback, fans can mark their calendars for when 'the' Arkansas Razorbacks will take on 'the' Kentucky Wildcats at Bud Walton Arena on January 27th at 6:00 PM local time (Central). This upcoming match will be broadcasted nationally on ESPN channel two hundred six where supporters can tune in hoping for a strong comeback from 'the' Razorbacks.
