The Auburn Tigers have been showcasing an impressive form lately. Their last game on December 23rd against Alabama State Hornets ended in a resounding victory with a score of 82-62. The statistics from that game speak volumes about their current prowess; they dominated in points in the paint (36), had a strong two-point shooting percentage (63 percent), and capitalized on turnovers, scoring 19 points off them.

Moreover, their defensive efforts cannot be overlooked as they matched their opponents with five blocks while stealing the ball 11 times. This defensive solidity combined with offensive firepower has been a recurring theme for Auburn this season.

In another recent performance against USC Trojans on December 17th, the Tigers emerged victorious once again with an even more commanding scoreline of 91-75. Their field goal percentage was nearly as impressive at around 48 percent and their three-point shooting improved significantly to approximately 38 percent. They also demonstrated remarkable efficiency in assists-to-turnover ratio (2.57), indicating smart ball-handling and teamwork.

Even when playing away from home against UNC Asheville Bulldogs on December 14th, where they secured an emphatic win of 87-62, it was clear that the team's offensive strategies were well executed – evident through their staggering points in paint tallying up to half-century mark (50) and maintaining over half field goal percentage (53).

The Mississippi State Bulldogs will certainly pose challenges for AUB; however, given Auburn's recent form - particularly their ability to control both ends of the court - it seems likely that they will carry forward this momentum into Starkville.

Looking ahead towards January's clash at Humphrey Coliseum – which is set for tip-off at precisely half past three PM Central Time – fans can expect another robust performance from AUB as they aim to continue their winning streak. With such consistent displays of skillful basketball recently under their belt, there is every chance that victory could once again be theirs come game day.
