The game, held at ExtraMile Arena in Boise, saw the home team take control early on. The Boise State Broncos established a significant lead by halftime with 54 points to the Titans' 25. They continued their dominance into the second half, adding another 34 points to their tally.

The Broncos showcased superior shooting accuracy throughout the game with an overall field goal percentage of 49 percent compared to the Titans' more modest rate of 41 percent. From beyond the arc, both teams shot an identical three-point percentage of 44 percent; however, it was Boise State's volume shooting that made the difference as they sank twelve three-pointers.

Boise State's defensive efforts were equally notable as they matched Cal State Fullerton with four blocks and edged them out in steals by one for a total of four steals. On offense, they outperformed their opponents significantly in assists with nineteen assists demonstrating effective ball movement and teamwork.

Rebounding was another area where Boise State excelled; they pulled down an impressive total of forty-four rebounds—twenty-three defensively and seventeen offensively—providing numerous second-chance opportunities which translated into twenty-three second-chance points. In contrast, Cal State Fullerton managed only twenty-five rebounds for six second-chance points.

The home team also capitalized on turnovers scoring seven points off turnovers while limiting their own mistakes to eleven turnovers for the entire game. Their assist-to-turnover ratio stood at a commendable ratio of approximately two assists for every turnover committed.

Cal State Fullerton did show resilience despite trailing behind throughout most of the contest. They improved their scoring output in the second half to forty points but were unable to close down Boise State's substantial lead. The Titans fought hard under pressure committing sixteen personal fouls and turning over possession ten times during playtime.

Looking ahead after this convincing win at home, fans can anticipate watching their beloved Broncos face off against Washington State Cougars on December 21st at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena located in Spokane Washington starting from nine o'clock PM Mountain Time Zone (MT).
