As the Boise State Broncos prepare to host the San Jose State Spartans at ExtraMile Arena, fans can anticipate a game charged with intensity and competition. The Broncos have been showcasing a strong performance trend, as evidenced by their recent games.

In their last outing against the Washington State Cougars, despite a valiant effort and leading in offensive rebounds (6), the Broncos fell short by five points, ending with 61 against the Cougars' 66. Their shooting from beyond the arc was less than stellar at 25 percent, which they will undoubtedly aim to improve upon.

However, looking back at their previous home games paints an optimistic picture for Boise State supporters. Dominating Cal State Fullerton with an impressive 88 points to Fullerton's 65 showed what the Broncos are capable of when they hit their stride. Their field goal percentage stood out at 49 percent and an even more impressive three-point shooting rate of 44 percent.

Against Northwestern State Demons, Boise State continued their home court dominance with a staggering scoreline of 95-54. The team's field goal percentage was through the roof at an incredible rate of 60 percent overall and maintained consistency from downtown hitting 41 percent from three-point land.

The trends suggest that while on home turf, Boise State has been formidable. They've shown proficiency in scoring within paint and capitalizing on second-chance points – both crucial factors that could tilt the upcoming game in their favor.

With this advantage on their side along with recent statistical trends indicating high efficiency in scoring – particularly from close range where they've excelled in converting opportunities – fans can expect another robust performance as they face off against San Jose State Spartans.

The scheduled clash is set for February 21st at ExtraMile Arena starting at 8:30 PM local time (MT).
