Eagles and Runnin' Rebels Draw Blank in Seton Hall Bracket Showdown

In a rare occurrence for college basketball fans, the Boston College Eagles and the UNLV Runnin' Rebels both ended their second-round game of the Seton Hall Bracket with an unprecedented 0-0 draw. Neither team managed to score throughout the contest, leaving their records unblemished by wins or losses.

The game, which took place at Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, was marked by an absolute defensive deadlock. The statistics were as unusual as the final score: both teams had zero points, blocks, steals, assists, foulouts, ejections, blocked attempts or fast break points. Additionally, neither side committed any personal fouls or turnovers.

For Boston College Eagles supporters who traveled to Las Vegas hoping to see their team advance in the bracket with a strong offensive display were instead treated to a masterclass in defense—or perhaps witness to an offensive anomaly. The Eagles attempted no field goals during the game and thus had a field goal percentage of zero. They also did not make any trips to the free-throw line; hence they had a free throw percentage of zero.

The UNLV Runnin' Rebels mirrored this lack of offensive output exactly across all metrics. Both teams ended up with total rebounds of zero and likewise did not capitalize on any three-point opportunities – with no attempts made from beyond the arc resulting in a three-point percentage that remained at zero.

Despite these oddities on offense for both sides, each team maintained discipline throughout by avoiding technical fouls – neither coach nor players received any technical fouls during this contest.

As fans process this unique outcome where neither team could claim victory nor concede defeat due to lack of scoring from either side – it's clear that this will be one for history books under 'most unusual games'.

Looking ahead without making assumptions about future performance based on this anomaly; fans can tune into future broadcasts featuring Boston College Eagles as they continue their season's journey. The next scheduled broadcast is set for 9:00 PM Eastern Time when they hope normal service will resume with scores more reflective of typical basketball games.
