In a captivating display of offensive firepower, the BYU Cougars outpaced the North Carolina State Wolfpack with a final score of 95-86. The Cougars improved their record to an impressive tally, while the Wolfpack's record took a hit following this high-scoring encounter.

The BYU Cougars, playing on a neutral site, managed to secure 95 points against the North Carolina State Wolfpack who put up 86 points in a game that saw four lead changes and was tied twice.
The Cougars' offense was firing on all cylinders as they shot an exceptional 57 percent from the field and an impressive 41 percent from beyond the arc. Their free throw shooting was reliable too, making sixteen out of twenty-two attempts which rounds up to about seventy-three percent success rate.
Despite being outnumbered in assists with only thirteen compared to BYU's twenty, NCST showed resilience throughout by maintaining close proximity on turnovers with nine against seventeen by their counterparts.
