California's offense was firing on all cylinders, converting half of their field goal attempts with an impressive shooting performance that saw them make 27 out of 54 shots. Their sharpshooting extended beyond the arc as well, where they matched their overall field goal percentage by hitting 11 out of 22 three-point attempts. The free throw line was also a source of strength for California; they capitalized on these opportunities by making an outstanding 84 percent from the charity stripe.

Defensively, California held firm against Arizona State's efforts. They limited the Sun Devils to just a 39 percent shooting from the field and an even lower three-point percentage at just one-third success rate. On top of that defensive effort, California managed to block three shots and steal possession six times over the course of play.

The Golden Bears' teamwork shone through with a total of eighteen assists contributing to their offensive output. This team-oriented play was further highlighted by only committing thirteen turnovers themselves while forcing nine from Arizona State.

Rebounding was another area where California excelled; they gathered thirty-nine rebounds in total, with twenty-nine being defensive boards which helped limit second-chance points for Arizona State despite them grabbing thirteen offensive rebounds.

A standout statistic for California was their fast break performance – they scored nineteen fast break points which played a significant role in maintaining momentum throughout the game.

Looking ahead, fans can catch the next game featuring California Golden Bears as they host USC Trojans at Haas Pavilion in Berkeley on February 7th at 8:00 PM local time (PST). This matchup will be broadcasted live on Pac-12 Network for those who wish to follow along as it unfolds.
