Their shooting efficiency was on display as they hit 54 percent from inside the arc and maintained a solid overall field goal percentage of 45.

The Dale F. Halton Arena witnessed an exceptional display by the Charlotte players who dominated various aspects of the game. They outrebounded their opponents with a total of 41 rebounds compared to Tulsa's 34, showcasing their control under both baskets. Notably, tenacious efforts on offensive boards led to them securing ten rebounds which translated into crucial second-chance points totaling seventeen.

Charlotte's free throw accuracy proved pivotal; they capitalized on these opportunities by converting at an impressive rate of eighty-one percent from the line. This proficiency contributed significantly to maintaining their lead throughout the contest.

On Tulsa’s side, despite falling short in points scored and overall field goal percentage which stood at forty-one percent, they showed competitive spirit throughout. They managed nine steals and were able to convert fifteen points off turnovers into valuable momentum swings during certain stretches of play.

The Golden Hurricane also found some success beyond the arc hitting thirty-six percent from three-point range which kept them within striking distance until late in the game when Charlotte ultimately pulled away for good.

As fans look ahead after this hard-fought victory for Charlotte, attention turns toward future contests where maintaining such high-level performances will be key for continued success this season.

Looking forward to their next matchup, fans can catch The Charlotte 49ers as they travel to face off against UTSA Roadrunners at UTSA Convocation Center located in San Antonio on January thirteenth at seven o'clock PM Eastern Time broadcasted nationally on ESPNU channel two hundred eight.
