Charlotte's Efforts and Highlights


The Charlotte 49ers showcased determination throughout the game. Nik Graves led the team with an impressive performance, scoring 20 points, securing three rebounds, and delivering two assists. His efficiency on court was notable with a field goal percentage of 38 percent and free throw accuracy standing at 83 percent. Giancarlo Rosado also made significant contributions with a double-double consisting of 17 points and ten rebounds, demonstrating his versatility on both ends of the floor.


Despite trailing behind in several statistical categories such as total rebounds where they gathered 35 compared to North Texas's tally of 26, Charlotte managed to maintain competitiveness through their high free throw accuracy rate at an impressive rate of approximately ninety-three percent.


North Texas Secures Victory


The North Texas Mean Green capitalized on their opportunities effectively throughout the game. Their balanced attack was evident as they achieved a fifty-one percent field goal shooting efficiency and were particularly lethal from beyond the arc hitting fifty percent of their three-point attempts. This sharpshooting contributed significantly to their victory margin.


Defensively, North Texas outperformed Charlotte by registering six blocks and drawing fourteen fouls which translated into twenty free throw attempts; eighty percent were converted into points. Their ability to capitalize on turnovers was another key factor in their win; scoring nineteen points off turnovers compared to Charlotte’s six.
