In their last game on December 23 against the Stetson Hatters, CIN showcased a dominant display of basketball, outscoring their opponents 83-75. With an outstanding field goal percentage of 52 and converting 62 percent from two-point range, they demonstrated efficient scoring that could prove vital against TCU. Moreover, their ability to control the paint was evident as they racked up a remarkable 42 points in that area.

The rebounding prowess of CIN cannot be overstated; grabbing 40 rebounds in their last outing is a testament to their tenacity on both ends of the court. This aspect of play will be crucial when facing TCU's squad. The offensive rebounding performance was particularly noteworthy with 16 boards leading to second-chance points which could again play a significant role in keeping possession and capitalizing on scoring opportunities.

Defense has also been a strong suit for CIN as evidenced by limiting Merrimack Warriors to just 49 points earlier this season on December 20. Their defensive intensity led them not only to block five shots but also create turnovers that translated into fast-break opportunities and easy baskets.

However, it would be remiss not to acknowledge that every game brings its own challenges. The upcoming match-up with TCU will demand focus and execution from tip-off until the final buzzer if CIN hopes to extend its winning streak at home.

TCU comes into this game with determination and will look to disrupt CIN's rhythm early on. It is essential for CIN players not only maintain composure but also adapt quickly during gameplay shifts which can often dictate momentum swings within college basketball games.

Fans should mark their calendars for January 17th when these two teams clash at Fifth Third Arena in Cincinnati at midnight Eastern Time (ET).
