The game was a tale of two halves for the Clemson Tigers. They started strong, matching the intensity of the home team and ending the first half with a promising score of 41 points each. However, as play resumed, it became evident that maintaining their momentum would be an uphill battle against the surging Hurricanes who put up an impressive 60 points in the second half.

Clemson's performance was highlighted by their accuracy from the free-throw line where they achieved perfection with nine out of nine attempts made. Their field goal percentage stood at a respectable 46 percent overall with a commendable three-point completion rate of 37 percent. Inside scoring was robust for Clemson as they racked up 32 points in paint.

Despite these efforts, turnovers proved costly for Clemson; they gave away possession on eleven occasions which translated into twelve points off turnovers for Miami (FL). The assist-to-turnover ratio for Clemson settled at 1.5 reflecting challenges in ball handling and passing efficiency throughout this encounter.

On defense, Clemson managed to block three shots and steal five times from their opponents but struggled to contain Miami's fast-paced offense which earned fifteen fast break points. Rebounding was another area where Clemson fought valiantly but ultimately fell short; they gathered thirty-two rebounds compared to Miami's thirty-six.

The Hurricanes capitalized on their opportunities effectively with higher shooting percentages across all categories: fifty-three percent from both field goals and two-point range along with forty-six percent from beyond the arc. Their playmaking ability shone through nineteen assists leading to an impressive assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.38.

Looking ahead, fans can catch The Clemson Tigers back in action when they host North Carolina Tar Heels at Littlejohn Coliseum on January 6th at noon Eastern Time. This matchup will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2 channel two hundred nine ensuring fans won't miss any live action as these conference rivals face off once again.
