At Littlejohn Coliseum, home of the Clemson Tigers, fans witnessed a game that was as competitive as it was entertaining. The first half concluded with the Panthers slightly ahead, having scored 31 points against the Tigers' 27. However, it was in the second half where Clemson truly shone, outscoring Pittsburgh by an impressive margin and tipping the scales in their favor.

The home team's offense was firing on all cylinders with a field goal percentage of 48 percent and matching efficiency from beyond the arc at 47 percent. Their free throw shooting also contributed significantly to their scoreline with a solid completion rate of 76 percent. The offensive rebounds were low at four but compensated by an exceptional defensive effort leading to thirty-three defensive rebounds.

Clemson's playmakers distributed well throughout the game, totaling ten assists which played a crucial role in breaking down Pittsburgh's defense. Despite committing eleven turnovers themselves, they managed to keep points off turnovers to just two - showcasing strong recovery after losing possession.

On defense, both teams displayed equal prowess with two blocks each; however, personal fouls were abundant for both sides as they racked up seventeen apiece throughout intense gameplay. The Clemson defense held firm when it mattered most though – limiting Pittsburgh’s scoring opportunities inside and keeping them from capitalizing on fast breaks.

The visiting Panthers struggled from field goal range only making twenty out of sixty-one attempts resulting in a mere thirty-three percent success rate. Their three-point attempts didn't fare much better at twenty-eight percent despite sinking seven shots from downtown.

Pittsburgh did show resilience under pressure by converting fifteen out of twenty free throws taken – achieving seventy-five percent accuracy from the line. They also managed nine points off turnovers thanks largely due to five steals during critical moments of play.

As fans look forward eagerly towards future matchups for their beloved team; attention now turns toward an upcoming away game for Clemson against Notre Dame Fighting Irish scheduled for March 2nd at Purcell Pavilion located in South Bend IN starting at 7:45 PM Eastern Time Zone which will be broadcasted on The CW network for eager supporters unable to attend personally.
