Looking back at the December 16th game against Northern Colorado Bears, COLO showcased an offensive masterclass by putting up 90 points with an impressive field goal percentage of 49. They dominated inside the paint scoring 50 points and showed off their passing skills with 23 assists. Their ability to convert turnovers into points was evident as they scored 28 points off turnovers, indicating a lethal transition game that could prove pivotal against WASH.

The Buffaloes' performance against Pepperdine Waves on December 3rd further solidified their status as a formidable force. They notched another high-scoring game with 91 points and were even more efficient from the field shooting nearly 58 percent. Their three-point shooting was particularly noteworthy at an astounding rate of over half made from beyond the arc.

However, it would be remiss not to consider the Huskies' capabilities coming into this matchup. While COLO has been impressive offensively, WASH will bring its own set of challenges that could disrupt the Buffaloes' rhythm.

The key for COLO will be maintaining their offensive efficiency while tightening up defensively to handle any threats posed by WASH's playmakers. The Buffaloes must leverage their home-court advantage where they've shown comfort and confidence as seen in past performances.

With all eyes on Boulder come December 30th at 7:00 PM local time (9:00 PM ET), fans can expect an intense battle between two competitive teams looking to end the year on a high note. For those unable to attend in person, ESPNU will broadcast this exciting encounter live from CU Events Center – ensuring no one misses out on what is sure to be an enthralling contest between Colorado Buffaloes and Washington Huskies in college basketball action.
