Buffaloes Set to Lock Horns with Wildcats at CU Events Center

As the Colorado Buffaloes prepare to host the Arizona Wildcats at the CU Events Center, fans are in for a thrilling encounter. The Buffaloes have been on an impressive run, showcasing a potent offense that has consistently outperformed their opponents. In their last home game against Utah Tech Trailblazers, they secured a commanding 98-71 victory, which was marked by an outstanding 60 percent shooting from two-point range and a solid 50 percent from beyond the arc.

The team's ability to dominate inside is evident with 48 points scored in the paint during that game. Their rebounding has also been superior; they pulled down an impressive total of 44 rebounds compared to Utah Tech's 20. This rebounding prowess was similarly displayed against Northern Colorado Bears where they grabbed 43 rebounds and scored half of their points in the paint.

Colorado's assist-to-turnover ratio has been another highlight, reaching as high as 1.92 against Northern Colorado – a testament to their efficient ball movement and decision-making on offense.

On defense, they've shown tenacity with steals reaching double digits in away games like against Miami Hurricanes where they managed to secure 11 steals leading to several fast-break opportunities.

The upcoming match promises excitement as both teams will be looking for dominance on both ends of the floor. The Buffaloes' recent performances suggest that fans can expect high energy play, strategic ball movement and relentless pursuit on defense when they face off against Arizona Wildcats.
