The Colorado State Rams entered the game with determination but fell short against the Cougars. Throughout the match, the Rams showed tenacity on offense with an impressive 46 points in the paint and capitalized on turnovers by scoring 16 points. Their shooting from within the arc was notable as they made 24 out of their 45 two-point attempts, translating to a solid shooting percentage of about 53 percent.

Despite their efforts in offensive rebounds where they grabbed seven compared to their opponent's eleven, it wasn't enough to dominate possession. The team also managed to secure five steals over the course of play which contributed to their defensive efforts. However, personal fouls were an area where discipline waned for them as they committed nineteen fouls during play.

On assists front, Colorado State provided fans with some teamwork display by accumulating fourteen assists; however, this was somewhat offset by fifteen turnovers which affected their assist-to-turnover ratio that stood just below one. From beyond the arc though, success was limited as only four out of sixteen three-point attempts found their mark resulting in a three-point shooting percentage rounding up to about twenty-five percent.

In contrast, while matching up well defensively and managing four blocks and seven steals respectively; it was at free throw line where Charleston excelled significantly better than Colorado State – sinking twenty-two out of twenty-five attempts which rounded off an impressive eighty-eight percent success rate from charity stripe.

Looking ahead for fans of Colorado State Rams: The next challenge will be facing Penn State Nittany Lions at TD Arena on November 20th at around six PM Eastern Time. This upcoming game can be viewed nationally on ESPNU channel two hundred eight for those eager to follow along from home or elsewhere.
