In front of a spirited crowd at Moby Arena, the Colorado State Rams showcased their dominance on both ends of the court against the visiting Boise State Broncos. The home team's offense was firing on all cylinders, converting 70 percent from two-point range and achieving an overall field goal percentage of 56. This offensive efficiency was complemented by their defense which racked up four blocks and matched Boise State with five steals.

The Rams were particularly effective in distributing the ball, amassing 22 assists which doubled that of their opponents. This facilitated movement led to a balanced scoring attack and allowed them to maintain control throughout the game. The team's ability to convert opportunities into points was evident in their fast break performance where they outscored Boise State by four points.

Colorado State also excelled at capitalizing on turnovers, scoring ten points off turnovers despite committing three more than Boise State. Their precision from the free-throw line was nearly flawless as they made 17 out of 19 attempts, translating to an impressive 90 percent success rate.

Rebounding was evenly matched with both teams grabbing 29 boards; however, it was Colorado's defensive efforts that stood out as they collected more defensive rebounds than offensive ones which limited second-chance points for Boise State.

While both teams had six second-chance points each, it was clear that Colorado's ability to execute in key moments made a significant difference in maintaining their lead throughout the game. Despite being tied twice and experiencing two lead changes early on, once ahead, they never relinquished control.

Looking ahead for fans of the Colorado State Rams is another opportunity to support their team when they face off against San Jose State Spartans at Moby Arena located at Fort Collins CO on February 9th at 7:30 PM local time. This upcoming match will be broadcast nationally on Fox Sports 1 channel number 219 for those who wish to follow along from afar.
