Kyan Evans also made notable contributions with 15 points and perfect accuracy from both the free-throw line (100 percent) and three-point range (60 percent). Jaylen Crocker-Johnson added depth to the attack by chipping in 18 points alongside five rebounds.

Aggies' Efforts Fall Short


The Utah State Aggies faced challenges but showed moments of resilience against a tough opponent. They managed to convert 43 percent of their field goals and were successful on 33 percent of their attempts from three-point territory. Their free throw performance stood out at an impressive rate of 81 percent.


Despite these efforts, it wasn't enough to counteract the dynamic playstyle of Colorado State University's team. The Aggies did manage to secure seven steals and eight assists but struggled to maintain possession, turning over the ball nine times which contributed significantly to their defeat.
