The Bulldogs showcased resilience and skill on the court. They managed to block five shots and steal possession four times from their opponents. Their teamwork was evident as they racked up 17 assists over the course of play, demonstrating a collaborative effort in their offensive maneuvers. Despite being outscored in both halves, they maintained a strong presence under both baskets with 35 total rebounds—23 defensive and eight offensive.

Offensively, Fresno State's shooting was notable for its accuracy from close range; they achieved a two-point field goal percentage of approximately 52 percent by making 16 out of 31 attempts. However, long-range shots proved more challenging as they converted only eight out of 28 three-point attempts—a conversion rate rounding to about 29 percent. At the free-throw line, though, they excelled with an impressive near-perfect performance making nine out of ten shots.

The Bulldogs also capitalized on turnovers by scoring 12 points off them but gave away some opportunities through their own turnovers totaling fourteen instances. In terms of points in paint dominance, Fresno State scored an impressive total of 32 points inside against their opponents' defense.

On the other side of the court stood a determined Colorado State team that managed to secure victory through consistent play across both halves. The Rams were slightly more efficient in field goal percentage overall at approximately 44 percent and were particularly effective from beyond the arc where they hit seven out of nineteen attempts translating to roughly a solid rate of about 37 percent.

Colorado State also made good use of free throws awarded during play; converting eighteen out of twenty-four which rounded up gives them an approximate success rate at about seventy-five percent from the line—a significant contribution to their narrow win margin over Fresno State.

As fans look forward to future games featuring these teams after this intense matchup at Paradise's Thomas & Mack Center—where basketball passion always runs high—they can expect another broadcast filled with excitement as these collegiate athletes continue to showcase their skills on court.
