Georgia Bulldogs Dominate with High-Octane Offense at Stegeman Coliseum

In a display of offensive firepower, the Georgia Bulldogs outpaced the Alabama A&M Bulldogs with a final score of 93-73. The home team's record now stands at an impressive 2-0, while the visiting team drops to 1-1.

The Georgia Bulldogs showcased their dominance on their home court at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, GA. With an aggressive approach to the game, they managed to rack up an impressive 93 points against Alabama A&M's defense. The home team's offense was firing on all cylinders, converting 51 percent of their field goal attempts and making a notable impact from beyond the arc by sinking 42 percent of their three-point shots.


The defensive efforts were equally commendable as Georgia tallied six blocks and an outstanding number of steals at fifteen, which contributed significantly to their transition game resulting in twenty fast break points. Their ability to convert turnovers into points was evident as they scored twenty-four points off turnovers.


On the other side of the ball, Alabama A&M put up a valiant effort but fell short despite scoring seventy-three points. They shot forty-seven percent from the field and showed proficiency from long range by hitting forty-six percent from three-point territory.

Additionally, Georgia capitalized on second-chance opportunities with nineteen second-chance points due largely to collecting twelve offensive rebounds.


The rebounding battle was won by Georgia as well; they pulled down thirty-seven boards compared to thirty-three by Alabama A&M. The home team also displayed discipline by not allowing any players to foul out or get ejected during this contest.
