At Allen Fieldhouse, a packed crowd witnessed the home team's dominance from the onset. The Jayhawks established an early lead with an impressive first-half performance, racking up 59 points against the Eagles' modest 18. The second half saw no respite for the visitors as Kansas continued their scoring spree adding another 40 points to their tally while North Carolina Central managed to put up a more respectable but insufficient 38 points.

The statistical narrative of this game was one-sided. The Jayhawks showcased remarkable shooting efficiency from both inside and beyond the arc. Their field goal percentage stood at an astounding 70 percent compared to just over one-third accuracy from the Eagles. From two-point range, Kansas was nearly unstoppable hitting almost four out of every five attempts.

Kansas also excelled in ball distribution and defensive play; they dished out an impressive total of 34 assists and swiped four steals while blocking three shots by their opponents. This facilitated numerous fast-break opportunities resulting in 22 fast break points for them.

On rebounding duties, Kansas dominated both ends of the court with a total rebound count of 37 compared to only half that number by North Carolina Central University's team who grabbed just twenty-three rebounds throughout the game.

The visiting team struggled offensively against a staunch defense but managed some success from long range sinking six three-pointers on twenty-three attempts which accounted for roughly one-fourth of their overall field goal attempts.

As fans look forward to more action-packed games at Allen Fieldhouse, they can mark their calendars for when Kansas will host Manhattan Jaspers on November 10th at eight PM local time (Central Time). This upcoming match will be available for viewing on ESPN+, ensuring fans won't miss any live-action as these teams face off on court.
